I've done the family quest, have a SotL, and have the daughter of the PR gov as wife (Beatiful), and have found 2 cities. I have about 105 fame points, and still have a lot of things do do, and I'm in pretty good health! <img src="http://www.piratesahoy.com/forum/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile2.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="

At 45 the best you should be able to do (with medicine skill and both herbs) is Poor health in your status screen.
<!--QuoteBegin-"Refar"+--><div class='quotetop'>QUOTE("Refar")</div><div class='quotemain'><!--QuoteEBegin-->I have made notes on my Health playing on Swashbuckler and the dates are the same as in the table above.
It seems, that the aging/loose of health have the same formula on all difficulty levels.
Standard are 3 Years per health Level,
Medicine adds 1 Year per health Level and
Medic Items add 1 more Year per level (Both together. I don't know what the first item alone does - 0.5 Years?)
And there are 8 health Levels (With 6 names - poor and failing occurring twice each):
(Basic / With Medicine OR Items / With Both Medicine AND Items)
18 / 18 / 18 - Excellent
21 / 22 / 23 - Fine
24 / 26 / 28 - Good
27 / 30 / 33 - Fair
30 / 34 / 38 - Poor
33 / 38 / 43 - Poor
36 / 42 / 48 - Failing
39 / 46 / 53 - Failing (After reaching this age, You will be automatically retired when Dividing plunder)<!--QuoteEnd--></div><!--QuoteEEnd-->
