How does one edit his flag?

It says in the Build 12 `Read-Me`, that you can edit your grey colored "neutral" flag to another color/design. How do I do that?

Use TX Converter (see Duke Surak'nar's tutorial here: <a href="http://forum.piratesahoy.net/ftopic3315.php" target="_blank">http://forum.piratesahoy.net/ftopic3315.php</a> ) to convert flagall.tga.tx to normal TGA, then edit in your favorite graphics program, and then convert the TGA back to tga.tx

Nope.
Well, yes _and_ no.
It doesn't matter where you paint; all that matters is that the alpha channel matches.
If you go to the fourth (A) channel, you'll see black and white; the black is transparent and the white opaque, and gray inbetween. You need to make sure that all the area you _want_ opaque (i.e. if you paint into the gray, make that area white in the alpha channel), white; and the area you want transparent (if you cut _into_ the flag, say), black in the alpha channel.
