First make sure your Build 12 installation is working correctly. After that, extract the Post Build 12 modpack file on top using a program like WinZip. After that, start the game, reset controls to default and start a new game. Old savegames won't work. When a new update become available, extact the update file on top of your PotC installation as well, reset controls to default if you're experiencing trouble with controls and preferrably start a new game again. Using old Post Build 12 savegames will sometimes work, but not always.
