I've got some very cool links I'd like to share -

<a href="http://www.stvincent.ac.uk/Heritage/1797/Victory/index.html" target="_blank">http://www.stvincent.ac.uk/Heritage/1797/V...tory/index.html</a>
This site has a Virtual Tour around the HMS Victory - the only 18th Century ship of the line still to be found anywhere in the world. She is the world's oldest surviving warship still in use and is the flagship of the Second Sea Lord, Commander in Chief Naval Home Command.

<a href="http://www.cronab.demon.co.uk/marit.htm" target="_blank">http://www.cronab.demon.co.uk/marit.htm</a>
This site is FULL of maritime history - some incredible information there.

<a href="http://www.`hamilton-scourge`.city.hamilton.on.ca/glossary.htm" target="_blank">http://www.`hamilton-scourge`.city...ca/glossary.htm</a>
This is a HUGE and comprehensive glossary of nautical terms. The site is also full of info on two merchant ships that were pressed into 1812 American Naval service, the Hamilton, and the Scourge.

<a href="http://museum.gov.ns.ca/mma/atoz/rigs.html" target="_blank">http://museum.gov.ns.ca/mma/atoz/rigs.html</a>
This is the excellent Maritime Museum of the Atlantic (Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada) website, a page on the identification of sailing ship rigs.

This one is for fun - have you ever wanted to learn the International Nautical Code Flags? Checkout this page - and you can also make your own nautical code flag email postcard to send to someone. <img src="http://www.piratesahoy.com/forum/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/biggrin.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":D" border="0" alt="biggrin.gif" />

Yeah, everything there is `easy-read`. They also have a small message board which mainly deals with pirates information (it's not phpBB so it stinks), but their moderator, Foxe, is an actual maritime historian. He said "I really don't have a real life and I'm convinced the 21st century is just a figment of my imagination." Hahaha... he is a real genius, you could ask him anything about marine history and he'll let you know. Well, if you don't find the answer here anyway.
