Hey guys, New here. I was wondering which build I should get 13 or 14? Which is better? Help please! <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/hi.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":gday" border="0" alt="hi.gif" />

i recommand Build 13 final.
build 14 it better but has alot of bugs.
you should stay with build 13 until build 14 is more stable <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/buds.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":drunk" border="0" alt="buds.gif" />

Build 14 Alpha is getting better though. Next weekend, we'll try to release Alpha 9, which promises to be quite playable and has a lot of added goodness. Once that's release, it might be worth giving a try. <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/yes.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":yes" border="0" alt="yes.gif" />

Uhm...Guys i installed and everything and when I try to load the game the screen just goes black...and I have to restart. Help!!
 
Be very careful of what you install and in what order. Check the posting for installation of the build you will be using and follow the install instructions EXACTLY or you WILL get a black screen crash exactly like you are describing.

I just reinstalled, I did NOT install the mod and I tried to load the game and the same thing happens...
 
Even before installing the mod? What are your computer's specifications? What Windows? Did it work before on the same computer?

I just got the game, Never played it before. My Specs are Windows XP home, 2.8GHZ processor 3gb ram and my GFX card is uhhhhhhh geforece 8600gt or something.
 
Have you tried updating your drivers or something? I see now reason why it shouldn't work. <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/modding.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":modding" border="0" alt="modding.gif" />
You don't even have one of those ever-troublesome Intel onboard GFX cards either.
 
Yup tried it...This is quite sad <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/sad.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":(" border="0" alt="sad.gif" /> I really wanted to play...I spent 10 bucks on this game too!
 
Fixed it, Sounds weird but I removed the starting movies the logo etc...Do I need the other videos to play the game? I want to remove them also just in case..
 
how did you figure that out? maybe your video card is just too new. i've heard that problem before.
 
The MOVIES? UH??? You don't NEED them to play the game; you'll just not see them at those points where they're supposed to play. <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/dunno.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":shrug" border="0" alt="dunno.gif" />
