help in finding quests

i was thinking, everyone says that some of the new quests are excellant but i dont know where some of them [for example the fred bob quest] are
could someone help this poor lost sailor?

The Fred Bob quests starts in Falaise de Fleur port. Talk to the guy named Orable Caron and keep talking to him until he tells you about Fred Bob.

In the Buildinfo folder there is a Quests Added.txt file with hints about added/restored quests. Though that is more than a year old...
