found a bug during battle

Ok, I'm going to be honest, I'm running build 11 atm and I'm not sure if this is fixed or not in the new one. But since it's easy to miss a thing like this I'm gonna post it anyway to make sure

If you board a ship in combat and switch your own for it, and then hoist the pirate flag (while still in battle) the game will crash. Or at least it does for me.
