I would like to add Bart Robert's pirate flag:

To Replace Nathenal Hawks One. Can someone tell me how to do this? I already know I need to use the TX converter, which i did but when i'm in GIMP i don't know what to do.....

i think that that's in the FAQ. <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/unsure.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":?" border="0" alt="unsure.gif" /> not sure though.
 
i'm sure there was a question about the flags in the list. how you could change them.
 
The file you need is RESOURCE\Textures\flagall.tga for 3D sailing mode. The interface flags are in RESOURCE\Textures\BATTLE_INTERFACE and RESOURCE\Textures\INTERFACE. These are harder to edit though. I can't help you with GIMP since I don't know that program.

Aye Captain, I know its the flagall.tga and I already converted it with the TX converter, but its the matter of replacing the flags.

1. Fint the needed *.tga.tx files,
2. convert them to *.tga.
3. Edit *.tga with photoshop (or Gimp, or Paint).
4. Convert edited *.tga back to the *.tga.tx

Simple <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/biggrin.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":D" border="0" alt="biggrin.gif" />
 
Take the pencil or other tool and paint your flag while opened *.tga format... or if you already have flag, then copy/paste that texture to owerwrite oldone...
