Escort merchant/ship to Fort Orange

In Jamaica, i sailed around the island but cannot land on Fort Orange, so i docked with my ship and the merchant ship on Portland Beach, go to jungle and reach Fort Orange, but the dutch soldier attacked me.

So i reload and wait until midnight, sneak into the fort's tavern but i cant find the merchant there. I'm stuck here, please help.

I believe you needed to talk with port controller in curacao and he'll give you 2 flute ships, you need to take those ships to fort orange.

he can't cuz Fort Orange doesn't have port <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/wink.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="" border="0" alt="wink.gif" />

nvrmind there, the quest abandon by itself. I passed deadline and the merchant left me, said i was a boring pirate. And i can still get new quests from the tavern old boy. Only reputation drops, that's it.
