Great job! It looks like I finally found my flag ship for my men of war fleet. mainting it is a b*tch, I spend about 500,000 gold a month for crew, food, rum, salary....I have to capture 2 forts a month to keep up with the expenses, although it's quite easy to take a fort with 4 men of wars <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/dev.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":d:" border="0" alt="dev.gif" /> except guadaloupe....only fort I've never been able to take, since my fleet for some reason stays away from the bay and I have to fend for myself <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/duel_pa.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":ixi" border="0" alt="duel_pa.gif" />


anyway, make this ship the best there ever was! keep it up <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/me.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":onya" border="0" alt="me.gif" />
 
ok, il try that, but why has nobody not tryed to make endeavour out of the ship "Fearless" ? it has an almost identical front like HMS Victory (almost)..
i know its a little too wide than long but it have bean nice with the back of Victory and the naval "stripes" in black and yellow..
and some more cannons ofcourse!

Well, actually, <i>Fearless</i> is supposed to be <i>Dauntless</i> - Akella simply didn't have enough informations about CotBP to make accurate <i>Dauntless</i> (and <i>Interceptor</i>, and <i>Black Pearl</i>, and Jack Sparrow, and Will Turner, etc) in time, and this is the result: innacurate underclassed ship only vaguely resembling <i>Dauntless</i>.
 
ok, i have seen "fearless" in the build in many different colors and with many guns but is it any version of the fearless with the english navy stripes? to mke it a little more allike dauntless?

There is a Fearless version with British navy stripes, but I don't think it's in Build 13. It was one of those Seb and Thomas the Terror ships that were included in the Build 14 Alpha versions.

Why nobody made the Endeavour based on the Fearless? I don't know. Why did nobody make the Interceptor until now Kazeite is working on her? <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/dunno.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":shrug" border="0" alt="dunno.gif" />

Hi Pieter!

I think my fearless version with navystripes is something wrong with... hehe, you se those textures has gon over at the POTC Stock Black pearl (not the one from Kazeite) so it is not looking very good.... what can i do to get those texture to work on the fearless?

How can i post a picture?
 
To post a picture: Make the picture using PrintScreen on your keyboard, then Paste in MS Paint. Save as JPG and attach it to your forum post on the "Add Reply" page.

As for the black-and-yellow Fearless. I think I know what you are talking about. A couple of weeks I was working on putting flags on big ships and I noticed the texture on one the First Rate or Second Rate was severely messed up. It turned out the texture was meant for the Fearless, but was applied to the stock game Black Pearl instead. I fixed that on my game version now, but have no yet released the files. This will all be part of Alpha 8 when it's finished. To fix it yourself, take the Fearless model, <a href="http://www.s31clan.com/privateftps/pietersmods/potc_downloads/tools/hex-editor.zip" target="_blank">HEX edit</a> it to use the new texture and put it in the right folder. No idea. It'll be done when it's done. Hopefully before the end of the year. Would make a nice Christmas present to all. i don't really like the model, actually. sure, it's nice by itself, but i know what it really should look like. and that makes it a bit pale in comparison.
