Delete Info from Spyglass

I asked this month's ago, but alas lost the reference (no luck finding it using the search menu).
Does anyone know how to remove the information at the bottom of the screen when using the spyglass? I like a little bit of realism in the game...

Go into POTC Folder/Program/BuildSettings.h , in the BuildSettings.h file & scroll down to

**********KBLACK SPYGLASS MOD SECTION****************************************

You can either deactivate the mod or change it to one of the other choices.

The cheapest spyglass does not show much information. You might want to try using this one instead.
