Damage problem

When i was playing the game, i attacked someone and my 8 seige cannons got 600 damage. next i attacked someone and got 1,200 damage!!. ive been attacked 5 times and ive got 2,500 damage on my 10 king pardons. this is really annoying. does anyone know why this happens. and how can it be stopped. IT MUST BE STOPPED!!!!!!!!!.
