I opened internal setting.h ,got to bottom and noted that Enable_cheatmode is on 1,so the cheats should be on right?But in game when press f12 doesn't happen anything...

Where do you get F12 from? My post says to use the Numpad buttons. Numpad 6 for money, for example.

mmmh...the problem is that I use a notebook! and I haven't the numpad! what can I do?

Reassign the controls in PROGRAM\CONTROLS\DefaultControls.h and then Reset Controls to Default in the Options menu.

Well I don't know what you need to cheat for but if you want my advice, play the game properly because half of the fun comes from starting off with nothing IMO.

You can make money so easily by smuggling its almost a cheat in itself!

Buy Ebony and smuggle it to Barbados for a hefty profit.

The trade route between Saint Pierre and San Juan is a cash cow too.
