Id like another reason why we should get excited about Captain blood im really not sold on the idea yet :)

i like everyone else would like more info on SD2 understandably there wont be much info yet but still anything would wet our whistles :)
 
Well I have some news as I talked to a nice fellow by the name of Andrew from Akella today. However, to be fair to William, I'll save it for the "big report". I think our game plan will be to try to worm some more info out of them before we're finished, so it'll be better reported in one chunk rather than in small pieces. :) :cheers
 
Yeah swashbucklers look very good, its just im not as big a fan of the period that the game is played in, but with anyluck ill be proved wrong :rolleyes:
 
Well, if you own a PS2 than you'll be able to play Swashbucklers.

According to Akella it is being developed only for the PS2 console at this time.
 
Captain Blood does look really good. I know it's mission driven and all, but if you let yourself slide into the storyline a bit, you might actually enjoy it.

Who here has read Captain Blood?

It's a good thing they're getting back to the old Seadogs type of global navigation, I like it much more that way.

IS the real Caribbean! Something new to Akella in the SeaDog series. I'm very pleased with this development! And Seabro, that version with the nation's flags is priceless!

This is the Caribbean southeast of Florida, north of the South American coast, well east of Mexico. It does leave a bit of the Caribbean out...
