can't use travel fast

Can somebody help? I don't know is it a bug or have I done something wrong but when i press enter, there usually appears a possibility to travel fast, but not anymore.. I tried loading, tried restarting, moving to another island but it is still not there..
It vanished after a fight with bounty hunters, usually it appeared back after going inside a shop, but not now..
Oh yes, And the weight I carry is not too much..

Nop, that wasn't the thing , my reputation is heroic and relationship with france is good..
But suddenly this fast travel button appeared..
After I met bounty hunters again..
so thanks anyway, and it looks like it is a bug..

Have you tried both your "R" key and/or your plus and minus sign keys? V/R AS

Oh, I just read this...
After an alarm is raised by a fight the fast-travel is disabled no matter of this is an enemy or friendly town. To re-enable it just enter in ANY door - it may be any house, shop, jungle gate, your own ship etc...
