There was Bartolomeu's straw hat version and there was Thomas the Terror's reskin of that same model. Of all the models we DO have in the game, Thomas the Terror's version looks the most like Davy Jones. But of course he doesn't look that much like Davy Jones either. We don't have a proper model yet. I thought YOU were working on one. And since we don't have one at all, I really hope you finish Davy. As far as I'm concerned that's more important than the Flying Dutchman, because we already have a ship somewhat resembling the Dutchman, inaccurate as it might be. At least the ship has the proper bow, some seaweed and murky sails. <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/dunno.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":shrug" border="0" alt="dunno.gif" />

In build 14 alpha 7 plus how do I get the pearl or dutchman as a starting ship?

We ARE using Razor's most recent Dutchman. <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/wink.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=";)" border="0" alt="wink.gif" />
This model came from the Russians, but Razor did some texture work on it and added the triple bow chasers.

yeah yeah, i will look at jones... by the way, can i use The body that Kazeit or Razor found in a game?
 
Probably not. It doesn't have a bone structure of any kind and would probably need to be animated completely from scratch, which we do not know how to get working in the game. <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/icon_confused.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":?" border="0" alt="icon_confused.gif" />
 
There's a difference between making models and animating them. You can make models from scratch and animate them? I'd like to see an example of that in the game (DAVY JONES! <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/user_comment.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":wp" border="0" alt="user_comment.gif" /> ), if possible. I always thought it couldn't be done with the tools we had. Modifying existing characters, yes, but not making 100% new ones. <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/modding.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":modding" border="0" alt="modding.gif" />
 
I see ye guys have mentioned that Davy again who decided to buy a farm on the sea floor. <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/rolleyes.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":rolleyes:" border="0" alt="rolleyes.gif" />
