build 14 quest problem

I am doing the bartomoleu quest or something like that, I've just got the silk from that smuggler on martinique. but nothing happens in my quest book, nothing changes..... what must I do next?

I don't know what to do, but those additional quests beside New Horizons are unfinished.

Actually the Bartolomeu quest SHOULD be working, only it doesn't.
Clearly needs to be fixed; unfortunately we don't know why it's bugged in the first place. <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/modding.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="" border="0" alt="modding.gif" />

Well apperantly the house you are supposed to go into shows the "door unlocked" icon, but nothing happens when you try to open the door. Not even the knocking sound.

So my guess would be to look at the transition into that house part of the code.
