Build 13 Bug HELP PLEASE!

Sorry to double post, but I can't play until I fix this because I am out of money and need this question answered ASAP, much appreciated:

I accepted a mission to deliver to oxbay, but when I get there the store owner doesnt take the shipment (there is no option to give it to him). Now I can't take merchant missions from anyone and I need money. Help please, what's wrong?

When you took the mission, did you make in in the required time length? You must deliver the goods within a certain time period. Or, are you sure the shipment was for Oxbay and not another town. Check your quest log to make sure you have the right town.
