Blaze and Beatrice Devlin Quests

After speaking with the Harbour Master and meet Bonnie, she says to find Piter Boelen, and then he tells me to go to Nevis to find myself (blaze) but anyway I do not find anybody!!

That storyline was never finished and is mainly for free play. Go where you will. Do what you want.

Is this still current? I was under the impression that this was a working quest? I've just started looking for Blaze, am I wasting my time on it?

That story hasn't been worked on for years and is as unfinished as ever.

Master & Commander doesn't HAVE a story; this is indicated in the Questbook entry
Tales of a Chevalier only has a couple of opening scenes before changing to free play; however, this is more clearly indicated in dialog with the governor

The other ones do have a substantial amount of story to play.
