Hi!

I have changed the cabin in the black pearl.
I have done it in 3ds max 9.
And now i forgot how to put a texture on the her.
can anyone help?

What exactly did you do? You should be able to find a 3DS MAX texturing tutorial something on the internet.
It's better to use Maya at least at some point, because the 3DS MAX > VRML > TOOL > GM export route
introduces the famous reverse lighting bug.
