Bethesda's back with a vengance!!

<p>While i had the announcement of the game earlier, Bethesda have announce that they will be publishing &quot;The Legend of Jack Sparrow&quot; for most of the platforms its coming out for.&nbsp; </p>
<p><em>Bethesda Softworks today announced that it will be publishing Pirates of the Caribbean: The Legend of Jack Sparrow for the PlayStation 2, Xbox, and PC. The game is based on the aforementioned Curse of the Black Pearl, and it's being developed by <a href="http://www.sevenstudios.com/" target="_blank"><strong>7 Studios</strong></a>, which is currently at work on another game based on a movie license, Fantastic Four.</em> </p>

<p>I got that from the 7 Studios <a href="http://www.sevenstudios.com/games/pirates.html" target="_blank">website,</a> It really sounds like a classic console game so im not going to set my standards to high.&nbsp; With anyluck it will be a fun game inbetween the more serious <a href="http://www.burningsea.com/" target="_blank">POTBS</a> &amp; AOP - I think I said all of this before though....</p>

The good news is: They are not going to abuse AoP for this thingy.

But i somehow guess, that Akella will provide them with ship models like they do it more or less for all other pirate games that are currently under developement.

Guess i'm not going to hold my breath for that game.

Let's hope that Bethesda Softworks has learned their lesson and not rush a game to market until is is fully completed.

From what the game sounds like I dont think they will do anything via Akella, it sounds more like Pirates! than anything else, you know lots of fun keep you occupied a couple of hours and thats it. AOP will tie you up for hours and hours each game.
