Adding step by step New Quests?

Hi Guys. Is there a way that you can always add new questionnaire bit by bit, or do you have to finish all the question and then add it?

You can write the quest one piece at a time. In fact, you probably have to do that - write one part, play it, check that it works properly. Then write the next part, play it, check that it works, and so on.
