Where to find/ change storm engine loading artwork?

I know where to find the other loading screen arkwork but i cant find the artwork used when booting up the game. The artwork in question looks like this:

That's embedded inside the ENGINE.exe or Game.exe .
You can access/replace it with something like Resource Hacker.
