where are the blacksmiths?

I have build 12 and all mods and i am not able to locate a blacksmith could anyone who knows the specific location of one please tell me where to find one like common markers and other stores....

If you talk to a citizen, you should be able to ask them about the location on the blacksmiths. Please note that there is no blacksmith on Oxbay island.

Island of Conceicao has the blacksmith that upgrades weapons. Go through the main gate from the port and turn left, first door on the right. ok is there supposed to be something enabled to get someone to sell me armor aside from build 12 and the mods...maybe some setting i need corrected??

If you're not using the Post Build 12 Mods, then there is no blacksmith who repairs guns. Only in the Post Build 12 Mods does the Conceicao blacksmith do guns.

In plain Build 12, you can't buy armor. You can buy a skin that has armor in the tailor's shop and if you wear it, you'll have the armor as well.
