Ahoy !!! I have recently found my old copy of POTC. To update the retail version do I need to download each patch/builds or can I just install the New Horizons Alpha 9 build ???

I believe you need Build 13 Final to be installed before you can add Build 14 aplha 9.

One last question. After installing build 13 final should I install the Direct Sail Mod before I precede to install the build 14alpha mods/patches ??

<a href="http://forum.piratesahoy.net//index.php?s=&showtopic=13163&view=findpost&p=315555" target="_blank">This</a> is all you need to do. You only need to install the DirectSail mod if you're intending to stick to Build 13, but do want to sail from island to island in 3D sailing mode.
