Perhaps copy the effect in PoTC where, if you spend the night in the tavern, you <i>gain</i> health - a good night's sleep in a proper bed. Or maybe you lose health if you <i>don't</i> pay for the room and get a stiff neck from sleeping on the floor...

That's what I meant with the stiff neck.
By "sleep in the tavern" I mean sleeping in the tavern hall between the drunken men, head on the table, hence the neck. The other thing would be "in the room". At least, that's the way it's called in the code: "hall_day_wait" and "room_day_wait".
