Treasure quests dont work...

Right, so these treasure quests dont work, ive even checked the sticky thread showing all the locations and when i follow them usually there is only an item (usually a sword stuck upright in stone) and no chest where the chest is supposed to be.
The latest one i tried there was a sword stuck upright in stone in a cave, so i picked up the sword, went back to my ship. I then re-anchored and revisited the location hoping it would work this time, only this time there was a chest, but it was EMPTY! And i payed like 200k for the info on that treasure quest. Most of the other quests the chests are just not there. Only two have worked out of about 8. Can someone please explain why theyre not working??

Based on luck, the treasure will or will not be there. Maybe you're just really unlucky?
As far as I know, these quests were working properly.

Ive done two in my whole time playing the Build

On one occasion nothing

The other a very nice bit of booty!

Well if its based on luck then ive wasted a lot of money... Also how am i supposed to complete the quest if my luck has it that the treasure isnt there?

You should still be able to open the chest; if there's nothing in it, the quest should close.
