The problem with full Build14 beta1

Hello all :gday
I have a problem with the Beta 1 build 14 full well I do not know if I install the mod and gives to the main game file and then start runme I see it with some files can not locate the fires and the game and choose different missions, eg LegendJackSparrow and then as I start to play it stutters my games. And in the other storyline also strives to August only after the time and I can not play the next mission is to walk . Maybe I installed wrong?help

The game stutters, you say? Did you install ENB or SwiftShader? If so, I recommend reinstalling without those.
