After sailing around for ages (plundering the high seas and such) I noticed that my crew weren't as happy as they used to be... they just didn't seem to care anymore, you know?
I also noticed that they had been "OUT FOR 421 DAYS" and thought, "No wonder... I'd be less than enthused if I had to spend that long on a voyage..." so I immediately berthed the ship and put them on "SHORE LEAVE" for a couple days hoping it would reset the expedition. But when I re-launched my vessel it said "OUT FOR 425 DAYS" and the morale had dropped.
Now I know I can fix this by firing all my crew and re-hiring them again... which is pretty drastic. Or I can "LAY UP" the ship which is about the same plus I lose my sails and cargo. Or I switch them over to a new form of payment... but the Divide and Plunder way just isn't how we do things on my ship.
So... Is there any way I can end an expedition while my crew is on salary or is this doomed to be a never ending expedition?
Please help my crew get the much needed R & R they deserve.
Thanks... I mean, "Yarrrrr"
