Here you post your pirate adventures ! Ill start off.




We were sailing near Douwesen, when suddently we saw couple o' ships. I grabbed my spyglass and looked at them ships. The were flying french colorsand one of them was huge. I had never seen a ship of that size. My first mate said it was a Man O' War. I doubted; what would a Man O' War be doing so close to Douwesen ? Tho, it was really big, maybe it was just because all the ships around it were so small in my spyglass. I noticed that i needed a new spyglass, as mine was getting old, and there was a crack on the glass. I decided to go for the squadron of french, and I told my crew to get ready for a fight. 1 hour later when the Black Pearl with Cpt. Jack Sparrow on board, arrived at the squadron, the one of the smaller ships had spotted it, when Cpt. jack spotted them, or somewhere around that time. WE fired the cannons at the small ship beside to the big ship, wich turned out to be a Man O' War, and the small ship sank after being hit by every single cannon ball from the cannons on the Black Pearl. After that we sailed up to the MOW, wich btw injured the Pearl seriously when it turned the board side to the front of the moving Pearl. Well back on topic, after we sailed up to the MOW we boarded the ship, and my officers and the other crew killed most of them i killed 5.. After we boarded the ship we went to the deck, and watched the Pearl sink. It was late at night, The moon had rised. The water surface broke as the Pearl hit the water. As i went to the cabin, i noticed that my gold bag was still in the cabin chest on the Pearl. In it i had my finest sword, my best gun, and 400 000 gold coins. It was what we were gonna use to get food for the next timewe went to shore, but now it was gona. Forever, and i couldnt get it again. I decided to keep it a sercret from the crew, and slowly remake the money by plundering merchants. Altho, my finest sword with my best gun, was at the bottom of the ocean to. I was lucky i had a spare sword, for 2 nights after we were attacked by a hole squadron of pirates near Oxbay. We were boarded and there i used my spare sword. Me survived the attack but the damages were serious, and i knew it would cost quite a fortune to repair the ship. I had once payed 200 000 for repair, and as new i was, by then, to the seas, i wasnt floading in money. I had around 100 000 left. We mored at greenford port, we were flying under british colors, and i went to the shipyard, and learned that it would cost me,
350 000 to repair. I couldnt afford so, i spent money on wheat and rum, and went to sea.

arr it was midday the sun was at its zenith i decided it was time for a change.. a ship cahnge that is i traded in me finest man'o'war to buy a ship to be reckoned with the great skelly'bob gunboat a fine ship she was. so i made the decision to ride out and hunt down some pirates menacing the the paort of redmond there were at the leats 2 gallions a corvette a brig and a schooner. a fine pirate fllet under the command of the dreaded bluebeard. it was to late to turn back i had alredy been fired on by some of these ship but thans to my pilotong skills i was and unscthed. i decided then that my first move should be to take out the corvette as she was the biggest threat to me, i salied up to her right under her guns and boarded her my men and i fought a hard battle and eventully we emerged victorious we took her and used her many guns to finish off the brig the galeons were already taken care of by the fort guns so my next move was to baord the schooner, aye that was the hardest battle i hev ever fought we fought deck after deck! bodies strewn all about! blood running like water. eventully after many decks the captain finally surendered his ship to me but at a great price. that is my story lads..

When I first got POTC, I had a corvette, and 2 other ships in my fleet, fleuts as i recall, capitaned by my best officers. Then came a storn, Nigels ship sank first. There we were...

... Sailing towards La Isla Muelle from Greenford..

.. We took a route south of Douweson in order to avoid the damnable French. Our attacks on the french ships had made us allies to the other nations, and the local pirates perceived us to be brothers at arms.

Well it was on our way to Isla Muelle that the lad in the crow's nest did let out a yell.. 3 Man 'O' War's flying the annoying French flag had spotted us and were giving chase. My Ship 'O' the Line, "Draconis" could easily outrun em, but our sistership, a Man 'O' War named "Dreadnaut" was a bit low in the water from the full hold. Our Man 'O' War do be used merely as a sturdy transport ship, the Draconis be the one that does all the real work.

Well, with the three Man 'O' Wars closing in, we had but one option, so I turned the Draconis towards the storm that had been gathering of our port side and bid the Dreadnaut, follow.

My intent here did be to skirt the edge of the storm, and force the French ships to end their chase, or sail into a twister. What I didn't expect was for the bloody bastards to sail straight through it and cut me off.

Fortunately for me, the storm did get to us first, so once we rode it out we would be able to flee with the French out of gun range.

This is when it happened..

In the midst of the storm, a slight calm appeared, a chance to sail away if I did choose.. but instead I did order Dreadnaut to sail away, and chose to try to sink these three French Man 'O' Wars in the midst of a hurricane. My plan was simple.. close in while the three were getting spun by the treacherous waters, and attempt to board them, one by one, replacing their own captains with my own men so that we could capture two and destroy the last one.

My men do be renowned for their ability to grapple ships.. highly skilled they do be, and have never failed a boarding..

we closed in on the nearest Frenchy, using him to cover our approach so the other two could not shoot us.. difficult this was, for we did still be in the midst of a twister. Once we chose to close in, there was no longer a safe way to leave the twister..

We closed in and having taken many hits to the hull, managed to bring her up close enough to board...

but alas! The damned sailors wouldn't even attempt to grapple onto the ship! Not even when the Draconis came broadside to broadside!

Without being able to board the infernal ships, I figured my crew was done for.. the twister did be beating us up, all the while three Man 'O' Wars did be nailing us with their full side volleys.

Even though I did figure us to be doomed, I decided to try running for it, attempting to topple their masts while we ran.

Slowly but surely we did pull away from them, thanks to the highly skilled sailors that kept the hull patched. We ran out of lumber pretty early into it, but luckily had enough sail cloth to keep us moving.

Damned French..

*update* The lazy bastards who refused to try boarding the ship were left on a small Island with nothing but a keg o' Rum and a grappling hook, so they might be able to ponder the results of their laziness.

Great storys, keep em up!!! Koor i like the ending with the lads!!
