The models in potc are divided into a body and a head right? or is that just the skin wich is divided? if so, is it possible to switch heads? cos I like the suit of the barbossa model, but i'd like to give him a younger(and prettier) face.

Just "paint" him prettier... Find a face you like, and try to fit it to the model... Match up the eyes and the mouth (`size-wise`), you'll probably need to keep the scruffy beard because it's probably modeled in, and give it a try. <img src="http://www.piratesahoy.com/forum/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/onya.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":onya" border="0" alt="onya.gif" />

It's a very neat suit, yeah. One of my first texture modding attempts was to make him more... skeletal. Looked mighty fearsome, `half-skull` face and red eyes and all.

I suppose heads could be switched in a model editor, I've never tried it myself as I have no editor. But if it's just the face you want, you can copy any face from within the game or any kind of photo, and past it over Barb's and it'll look fine so long as you match up the eyes, mouth and nose. This may require some resizing, dimension altering (height, width), cutting/pasting, and so on. The beard will have to stay but you could change out it looks, like less curly or something.

Oh great! Thanks, I just dunno how... But if ye know how to help that, post it in my other topic about helpin' da model noob. been outta modellin' fer quite some time
