OK something really scary just happened to me, I'm at Falais du Fleur and a couple of street muggers went for me, i've a good enough rep now that the two guards at the gate got involved, it was all over quite fast, but the red flashy never went away, some some other bugger was out there waiting for me, i couldn't be bothered to go looking for him, so i popped into the tailor and bought a rather lovely pale blue coat (and got a haircut!)
when i came out, i was greeted with a scene from a nightmare (or a totally different game!)

The guards at the gate were dead, but eight or nine other soldiers had appeared, swords drawn.

Killing each other!

five random guys charged down the stairs and they started laying into everyone from behind, no one was even looking at me!

At this stage my lads got a bit larey and went in for it themselves, i'm not sure if anyone had any idea who they were fighting, but when another wave each of insane soldiersand enraged citizens arrived and one of my lads got slaughtered like a pig, i figured that my best hope was to reload and try this bit again.

Let us know if the reload doesn't work and you're still having problems. Remember the "T" and "I" buttons too.

well ... i was a bit boared and i killed a few at isla muelle (or somthing like that <img src="http://www.piratesahoy.com/forum/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/unsure.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":?" border="0" alt="unsure.gif" /> ) , then the soldiers respawned , killed them , but the next load of soldiers folowed me as my officers , they didn't attack me even if i attacked them <img src="http://www.piratesahoy.com/forum/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/icon_eek.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":shock:" border="0" alt="icon_eek.gif" /> <img src="http://www.piratesahoy.com/forum/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/laugh.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="xD:" border="0" alt="laugh.gif" />

You know the madess, madness I saw was before the mods, after going onto one of those weird portal things in the Alcove, the one that causes native guys to spawn and charge at you, after beating the main quest, all enemies would charge at you at once! <img src="http://www.piratesahoy.com/forum/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/ohmy.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":eek:" border="0" alt="ohmy.gif" />

I went into the dungoeon at Redmond and a million skelletons swarmed me real quick and I was barely through the door! I think since they respawn in that dungoen I'd be fighting infanately or until dead! <img src="http://www.piratesahoy.com/forum/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/icon_eek.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":shock:" border="0" alt="icon_eek.gif" />

Well to cure this bug, I luckily had a save before I had gone into that `trap-portal` that caused this. I'm not sure if this will still happen with the new build, but I'll try when I get to that point just to see. The "I" button may solve this too, we'll see... <img src="http://www.piratesahoy.com/forum/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/pirate2.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":p:" border="0" alt="pirate2.gif" />
