Stange graphics Problem

While I'm in the game at the port, a view can be seen of my character. You can see through parts of him , so he looks like hes been slashed. The rest of the grapics are superb. Im a bit confused, is he meant to be like this?

Ive got a dell inspiron laptop running this.

Might be your graphics are just cliping or something. Ive read some posts made that alot of people have like a clipping or missing/messed up textures on laptops.
