so what is the main difference beetween modded CoAS and vanilla?

im thinking about downloading GoF, but what does it change actually? and i heard new ships were added, are they from about the same look as vanilla ones?is the number of crashes reduced whilst looting/combat (the only crashes i have noticed now), so if theres a FULL list of changes somewhere would ya give me the link please?

PS:im new onto this game, got it a week or 2 after looking on the wonderfull though unlucky Lets Play of jefmajor, currently using a half crewd Man of War /Kriegssegler ,the Triomphant,with upgraded speed capabilitys in service of His Majesty,Luois the XIV.

The GoF! hasn't been the best at keeping a full list of changes. What I can say is there are many new ships, too many to list, several new playable characters, several new reskins of NPC's and locations. New features, some bug fixes to vanilla and tons of new sound effects and music.

GoF! is mostly stable but there are instances where you'll have some problems, but what you get in return is a much more rewarding game play experience.

To be honest before installing the GoF I had thought that my game will crash, but ... I instaled this and I can say that Age of Pirates 2 with GoF is the new game, better game. You know, there's a lot of new, great ships, new decks, new music, new screens/pictures ( also of guns, swords ). This game is now more interesting. There are also a few new characters.
