My Jack Sparrow you've already seen, so let's get down to other stuff.

Among some minor stuff, like color or contrast correction (which changes things I'm sure only annoys me <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/biggrin.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":D" border="0" alt="biggrin.gif" />) there's some more serious stuff.

First, some happy corsairs (well, at least one of them looks happy)

They are meant to replace <i>Corsair4</i> and <i>Corsair5</i>, so they don't look like twin brothers of <i>Corsair1</i> anymore.

Next, there's proto-Danielle:

Nice how do you put an photo face on a skin, it hadn`t worked for me. (PS is skinning and moddeling your job, it looks damn cool!)

WOW! Those are EXCELLENT! I would love to add your Corsair reskins into the modpack. Looks much nicer if they have different faces. And Mr. Gibbs is waaaay awesome! Basically, I paste small snippets of the photo on the apprioprate place on the original skin. Essentially, I break apart photo and assemble it back in order to fit the model as closely as possible.

In the center, there's poor Blaze. Since at the start of the game he's commanding a small ship, and is pretty poor, well, there's no reason why he should walk around in such fancy default clothing, huh? <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":)" border="0" alt="smile.gif" />

On the left, red&blue Blaze <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":)" border="0" alt="smile.gif" />

And on the right, Darth Blaze <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/biggrin.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":D" border="0" alt="biggrin.gif" />
 
Amazing! We have quite a lot of different Blaze skins now. With beard, without beard, with hat and earring, with black clothing and now your three as well. it looks good. it actually looks as if his beard should have been there to start with!
now i really think you should make a Will Turner DMC skin! you could probably do it better than anyone else!

As for a base model for Will Turner: You could try the "will" model file, which I think was meant to be Will Turner. Only problem is that he has a hat.

You could also try to modify "Liza" to look more like Elizabeth Swann.
