Save Menu Bug

Without a reason (I've done nothing "strange" <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/dunno.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="" border="0" alt="dunno.gif" /> ) the game now, when I go in the save menu and click on "save", crashes: the save slots disappear, and I can still click on save or exit, but without any effect... If I restart the game the save has been made, and I can load it (so this is not game-breaking, only really annoying)
Anyone knows why? <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/rolleyes.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="" border="0" alt="rolleyes.gif" />

mh, I've deleted many save-files and now it seems to work again <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="" border="0" alt="smile.gif" />
