Runtime Error when starting game :/

So, everytime I try to start the enginge.exe, the loading screen appears and 1 second later I get this error:

Runtime Error!

Program: C:\Games\Pirates\ENGINE.exe


abnormal program termination

I already reinstalled the game but its still the same.
So, here's what I did:
1. Installed game
2. Installed Build 13 Final
3.Ran RunMe.bat
4.Installed Midnight Full Cargo Hold CTD Fix
5.Installed Build 14 Beta 1 Full
6. RunMe.bat
7.Installed Build 14 Beta 1 Patch 3.1
8.Run Rename.bat

Did I forget something?

My specs:

Windows 7 Pro 32Bit
Intel Core2Duo 2,2GHz
4096MB RAM
GeForce GT 240M
DirectX 11

And here's the error log:

COMPILE ERROR - file: seadogs.c; line: 2
can't load file: InternalSettings.h

I'll just try and reinstall it a third time while waiting for answers.

Ahoy YuriScene. welcome aboard mate! Do you get the same error with the stock game? Or just after you install the Mods?

Please reinstall again, but this time only install:
1. Build 14 Beta 1 Full
2. Build 14 Beta 1 Patch 3.1
3. Run Rename.bat

That's all you need to do.
