RunMe.bat Problem

Hello, I recently extracted Alpha 9.5 Patch 1 (Going to do the rest after this is resolved hopefully) and I knew you had to run the RunMe.bat, and yet, I cannot find it, can anyone please help me out? Also, config for the size and texture of game does not work, it may be due to the fact my computer is a vista and uses an intel, but the game does not crash that often (only at some loading screens) so I thought it would be okay to play and also to install the new build.

Alpha 9.5 runs RunMe.bat automatically and it could be that Alpha 9.5 Patch 1 doesn't have one.
Why are you installing that one anyway? You need Alpha 9.5 Patch 4.
Or wait another 12 hours until my upload of Build 14 Alpha 10 is completed.
