Reputation problem

So i just finished the quest where you have to kill animists and capture the ship , at the moment i captured the ship , i somehow turn hostile with england so that i will get attacked in english colonies , but Relasions menu
shows that i am neutral with england . What shoud i do ?

Okey manged to make peace with england so that they wont attack me in their colonies but now i have another problem . In Main Quest , where you have to speak with the sloop owner , i found him but he does not talk to me :S

For starters, what version of POTC and what mods /builds/ modpacks, etc. are you using?
