QUestion about the POTC Build 11 - Relations

I started playing this and noticed its not just a build, its a WHOLE NEW GAME?!?!??!?? (self entitled name too)

Now so far I been doing English governor missions and noticing that I am becoming enemies of nearly all other states.

My question is, besides going to pirate territory possibly, is how to improve relations with the other countries, cause they all seem at -60% or something.

Becoming an enemy of them, is I think, caused by the fact that you are friendly with the english. If you are hostile with them, you can sneak into the enemy town, (Land in a bay and go thru the jungle into the town, that's the only way to get in...) and buy amnesty from the guv. <img src="http://www.piratesahoy.com/forum/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/onya.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="" border="0" alt="onya.gif" />
