problems with build 13 and 14

I have a problem with build 13 and 14

I tried to install build 13 first. I runned the runme file but it said cannot find file/ file not found
eventually it copied nothing

so I tried build 14 and it did the same

Who can help?

ps. I have a dutch PC, maybe thats part of the problem

it really irritates

I have build 12 now cause it installs normal
but the batch-file shit doesn't seem to work

you're supposed to install build 13 final first. then build 14 alpha 6.

I didn't try build 13 final
only build 13 update 3 full
I'm downloading final now

am I supossed to uninstall build 12 if it works
or should I just install it over build 12

just swack it over it. i think. but it could be a good indea to reïnstall the stock game and then install build 13 final on top.

Also: If the batch file tells you a file cannot be found, probably it tries to move a file that is already where it should be or tries to delete a file that is already not there. Nothing to worry about.
