POTC for PC, or just XBOX?

Is POTC for PC too? I have the `x-box` version, but its quite buggy and has lots of saving problems, I'm getting the notion that its on PC too. However, I can't find anywhere that sells the PC version? If you could answer these questions I'd be grateful.

Ok, I have just one more question, before I install the game and start up a new story, what are some of the mods that I'll need? For example, I've heard of a build 11 and a build 10.1, are these worth downloading? I think I also read somewhere about an official patch? Are the links to all these on the site?

No official files (patches) for the US, but Build 11 will fix most of the bugs.
