Please help with leaving officiers...

I need to know how to leave officiers behind... i mean really deleting them.
I've got too many, and when i have to take the woman (cant remember her name) with me i cannot do it because she says i've got too many guys with me.

Please help

With F2 in passenger you can remove them but you keep them, you can put them officier later. For Leave them you have to talk to them in a tavern.

Choose the one you want to fire and talk to him .. choose the right choise from the conversation window and fire him . Make sure you want fire a good officer becuase once fired you can't get him back ...

For your officer problem, to take them off the "active list" yet still keep them as officers, you do what CapitainDams said, hit F2 and look at the Passenger menu. There, you can click on an officer portrait and hit the button below that says "Remove Officer". That will remove him from the "active" list (meaning he won't follow you around anymore) but still maintain him as an officer on board one of your ships.

To get him back, just scroll along the list of passengers until you find the officer you'd like to make active, and then click the empty space where you will put him below, then double click the officer's portrait and he will go into the active list.

OR if you want to fire him permanently, you can do that by simply talking to him, as PirateSam says. Scroll down the list of conversations and you'll see the right one... BUT... Once you fire him you won't be able to get him back - UNLESS you fire Fred Bob (from my quest) because I put a little command into the code so you can find him and hire him back if you wish.
