A couple of quick questions on pirate hunting quests...
-- What are the requirements to get pirate hunting quests from governers?
I seem to be hit or miss here - and either get them all the time or never.
-- Are the quest offers random, i.e., offered by the governer or "no business at this time"?
-- Do the pirate hunting missions turn off after a certain level?
I seem to NEVER get them later in the game at higher levels and with LOMs. I mostly get offered them early in the game and then none later when they would be fun.
-- Do LOMs make a difference?
