Hello, i'm pretty new to the New Horizons mod (Well, not quite new, but new in the ship management bussines, that i never carred about) Ok, so the question is: Where do i find good officers? I know, boarding ships and speaking at the tavern, but i only have 1 officer, a carpenter. So, how do i complete my ship team?

Look for Rys Bloom on Jamaica.
Look for Artois Voisey on Nevis.
There are two good officers on Martinique, Baldewyn Coffier and Fred Bob. Fred Bob is a bit hard to find as you have to talk to people to find him.
The Admirals son on San Juan is very good.

That is a good core group.
