Fixed Officer role changes with men at arms

if they are fighters they will stay fighters indeed untill assigned something else

yes i used a save game and what i wanted to say even though they were fighter they got their skills and bonuses for their roles which is melee because they are fighter because in the past they had bonuses in other fields that isn't related to their role so yeah its pretty much fixed YaY!!!
