NO mepisto for me????!!!

Im trying to get The Mepisto, but after geting that letter to the spain priest that tells me to go to oxbay theres a problem. when trying to enter to sail mode near ox bay, well the loading screen appers that pearl whit black things around it spins for a while and stops! no laoding, and iv waitied for about 3 minutes one time, still nothing, i got the european version and i only got PMT build 11 as mods, iv never had much trouble whit the game so far until this, do i need to kill the pearl or get further on my main quest? im trying to kill the greenford fort as the quest tells me too.

Any one, help me!
 
AHH! i waited for about 5 min and there was a message, abnormal program temination something microsoft runtime c++ something, how do i fix this?
 
You should deliever the letter to redmond church , the part of the quest which you sail to oxbay is when the spanish priest asked you to save the ship that will arrive to oxbay and this part happens before delievering the letter to redmond .. so first you save the ship then escort it to islemulle then take the letter to redmond .
 
Well this once solved, found an old post about this in technical. Sorry for takeing your time.
