Need help fast plz im not sure is this right place to post tho.

Hello i downloaded Build14 Alpha9,5 today and if i runned install wizard it installed than all was fine, than i runned RunMe.Bat then almost all the files it copyed were not found and i re-installed the game and tryed to install BUILD 13 final again and in start it copyed all files and later didnt find files aswell so what did i do wrong the installion from forums wasn't corrupted aswell so
i wanted to ask u guys for advice what to do . Oh and the game started but when i tryed to load a savegame the black loading screen didnt go away stayed like this for over 5minutes
same thing with the newgame i tryed with jack sparrow and lugger and the black screen at game loading didnt go away tho so can anyone help me please.

oh my....you did mess up everything.
ok, breath slowly and undo\uninstall all.

1) install original game.
2) install Build 13 final on top of it (run runme.bat)
3) install B14 alpha 10 full on top of B13 final (run runme.bat)
4) extract B14 alpha 10 fix3.

uhm...play? :

Thx and i went to computer store and bought a new harddrive and installed it there so i got it working
