need help (black pearl)

why is this happening

i have download the black pearl 3.0 and the textures from ftp and convert the textures with convertorTX then i put it in the game and thats the result.how can i fix it?

You're missing some textures; we do have those in the PotC Build Mod.
Note that the 3.0 model isn't at all finished yet. For one, pretty much all ropes are missing.

I think you need alpha.tga.tx file. You're either missing it or having it dropped in a wrong place.

That's, because all her model files need to be renamed from BlackPearl1 to BlackPearl.

Because you're missing an important texture, the path file uses the 'default' grey texture

i have renamed it to frigate1 because i have put it instead frigate.as for the texture where can i find it?

this is the file you need. However since the Pearl 3.0 is a WIP, I can't guarantee that this will solve your problem with it

It might be something that storm engine 2.5+ has but 2.0 doesnt
