Need alpha 7 to play 8?

Do I have 2 install build 14 alpha 7 and 8 or can I just install 8 and is everything included in there? Cous I only installed POTC Build 13 Full and the POTC build 14 Alpha 8. And when I start as Jack Sparrow I only see a black screen.

No. You got to install Build 13 FINAL first. Not Build 13 FULL.
